Book Haulin’!

It was a GREAT WEEK!

These lovely hardbacks came in this week, thanks HarperTeen and EpicReads!  I am especially excited to read The One! the one   Sometimes the best part of bookish mail is the surprise of not knowing what’s in the box! box box2   I told myself NO MORE e-ARCs until after BEA.  But, somehow my browser found itself wandering over to Edelweiss anyway…le sigh!  Thanks, HarperTeen and EpicReads!

Have a great week, peeps!

The following two tabs change content below.
Jennifer is both a book nerd and professional photographer. That means she lives in the fantasy world all the time, whether of her making, or someone else's. She collects books like the Duggar family collects kids, and began waiting for her Hogwarts letter at the tender age of 33.

      • I think each region/country does its own thing when it comes to promo. There are translations of some cool novels coming out over here, and they do the same review copies thing, but then again I don’t blog in my language, lol, so I’m not catering to their “audience”, lol. eARCS are a lot easier to work with for sure, no 2 weeks waiting period for them to arrive, no customs stuff to deal with, etc 🙂 Hurrah for ease of use is what I say 🙂

  1. Wow you picked up some good ones!! And I’m so jealous of EVERYONE going to BEA or at RT right now!! I’ve had to do so much traveling this month already and have another trip this weekend, so there was no way I could swing either one. Next year RT is in my town though, so I get to go to that one 🙂 Have a great time!

  2. Ahhh, I’m SUPER jealous! I’ve read Not a Drop to Drink and it is amazing! I hope you love it too! I want all those books (The Taking, Prisoner of Night and Fog, Tease, etc.) That’s such an awesome surprise to have in the mail. I’m not sure about if I should read The Selection series yet, but who knows, maybe I’ll give it a go! Here’s my Sunday Post, have a great one  :

  3. I’ve re-subscribed 🙂 I hope you have an amazing time at BEA. I still have not been able to go. Maybe next year? lol I have told myself no more ARCs so many times, just to get more books. What a problem we have haha. I love your blockquotes and how they go all the way across the blog post space. How did you do that? Happy Reading! My Weekly Wrap up Post Michelle @ Book Briefs

  4. Not at all jealous you are going to BEA arrghh 🙂 I will have to make it over there one year. I agree with your feature on Is Hollywood ruining good book adaptations. Sometimes I also read ‘reviews’ in even reputable papers and they are giving away major plot lines! Now every reviewer knows this is a big no-no. Have a great week and Happy Reading.
