Hard Copies

BREATHE by Sarah Crossan (for review)

DRAIN YOU by M. Beth Bloom (for review)

Hidden (A Firelight Novel) by Sophie Jordan (for review)

Midnight by Josephine Cox (for review)

Thanks to Harper and HarperTeen for the awesome mailbox this week, ya’ll rock my socks!

I hope everyone else had a great week as well!

Blogspiration is a weekly meme hosted by GrowingUp YA & Saz101. The meme was created to help spark inspiration among bloggers, readers & writers alike. An inspirational quote/picture/video is posted weekly, on the day of the author’s choosing, so that it may inspire creativity, conversation & just a little SOMETHING.

I don’t really have anything to say this week, but I found this really awesome picture.  So just look at it.  It’s pretty.  It’s also pretty awesome.  I mean, that’s exactly how I feel about books – they come alive off the pages.  OR – I could step right into the pages.  You know, whichever.  But this picture is just…amazing.  Beautiful.  And just right.

What’s your blogspiration this week?

Jennifer is both a book nerd and professional photographer. That means she lives in the fantasy world all the time, whether of her making, or someone else's. She collects books like the Duggar family collects kids, and began waiting for her Hogwarts letter at the tender age of 33.

Hope you enjoy Breathe and Drain You. I’ve heard lots about both of them! I am quite jealous that you have hard copies of both! Enjoy! 🙂

  2. Breathe looks so good, but I guess I’m a bit weary of dystopians so I’m not as excited for it as I was a few months ago. I really want to read the Firelight books by Sophie Jordan since I love dragons and there aren’t enough of those books around!

      • what? I thought u did cuz u got the ARC for Hidden lol u have some catchup to do! \nAs for dystopians, they all read the same after a bit. I haven’t read a lot of them but very few of them are as action-packed as I would assume. Most of them find a way to go back to talking about romance and praising love as the greatest emotion ever. I’d rather have much more focused on world building like fantasy books do. Also, If there’s ever a dystopian w/ no romance, just one main character kicking butt(female hopefully), I’d read it ASAP XD
