Teaser Tuesday: Cameo the Assassin

Posted on 04/05/2011 in Book Review / 4 Comments

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following: * Grab your current read * Open to a random page * Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page * BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!) * Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teasers:  “She soaked up his warmth, feeling rather ashamed that he had no idea that she was some sort of ghoul, and also that he would be much more likely to catch a cold than she would, and therefore, he needed the coat more than she actually did.  For a moment, she felt like something other than a monster.” -p. 84, Cameo the Assassin by Dawn McCullough White What are your teasers? Leave them in a comment below or link to your blog! Happy reading!

Excellent teaser and a great snippet of characterization. I haven't heard of this book but I like the cover.
